The most prestigious racetracks in the world are included in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo. It made its North American premiere in 2013, bringing professional and gentlemanly drivers together for a series of competitions. The front end of the 2019 Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo EVO2 has undergone a significant modification. It has revised diffuser fins and a more assertive "omega" lip. The exterior design, however, is reminiscent of the Countach concept car exhibited at the 1971 Geneva Motor Show.

Like the Huracan GT, the Huracan Super Trofeo will have rear-wheel drive. Additionally, it will have an improved oil radiator that will outperform the Gallardo radiator. A V10 direct-injection engine with a Motec management unit will also be used. The weight-to-power ratio of this V10 engine, which can generate 620 hp, is outstanding at 2.05 kg/hp.
